Stationary Material Handler
Our Electric driven Stationary Material Handlers help reducing the costs of operation and maintenance while providing a smooth trouble free process for scrap and timber handling. Built with ultra-durable Strenx 700 high-strength steel booms from SSAB, it features Bosch Rexroth hydraulic components, ABB/Omega electric motors, and a Webasto air-conditioned cabin to ensure reliable performance and operator comfort in demanding working conditions.
In operations such as feeding a Scrap Shear, Shredder or a Scrap Baler using a Stationary Material Handler instead of a Mobile Material Handler saves a big amount of cost. Also it is much more environmental friendly. Considering the operation is done at a fixed point, the mobile handling equipment can not leave the position due to the high capacity requirement. So the extra cost is spent for the acquisition of a mobile equipment whereas the mobility is not required at all. Comparing the maintenance cost of a mobile and a stationary material handler, the favorable one is for sure the stationary material handler.
