About Orca
This fully automatic, stationary scrap processing machine features a large feeding box to compress and shear oversized scrap into dense bales, delivering a high capacity of 20 to 55 tons per hour. Ideal for iron and steel mills or scrap yards, it handles HMS 1&2, pipes, sheets, shipbreaking scrap, and ELVs with ease. Equipped with short stroke programming, remote diagnostics, no-contact sensors, and premium components from Rexroth, Siemens, and Phoenix Contact, it ensures powerful, efficient, and low-maintenance operation under heavy-duty conditions.
