The completed Application Form should be sent to Birim Makina, Halilbeyli OSB. Mahallesi İzmir Caddesi No:11/2 Kemalpaşa / İZMİR, through a notary public. Requests to be sent to the email address should be sent to birimmakina@hs02.kep.tr or info@birimmakina.com.tr using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address registered by the applicant with Birim Makina if available, or through software or application developed for the purpose of the application process on birimmakina.com website, as specified for the application purpose.

Applications sent must be in Turkish and clearly state the subject of the request, and must include identity information and relevant documents and information. In cases of requests made on behalf of someone else, identity and address information of the applicant and legal documents showing the authority to represent the applicant must be attached.

In this context, such applications will be concluded in the shortest time possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the transmitted information and documents are incomplete, this period will start from the date of submission of the complete and comprehensive information and documents. Currently, these applications are free of charge. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

Responses may be sent in writing, at the discretion of Birim Makina, to the address or email address of the applicant.
